REGYSINC PODCAST – Securing firearms, protecting EU citizens

European Union Member States are intertwined not just through their currency and economy, but also through their shared borders and security issues. Firearm-related crime and violence represent a major concern for Europe’s safety, as they have the potential to destabilise entire regions, as well as exacerbate the impact of terrorist attacks.

In this episode of the REGISYNC podcast, we will focus on the importance of firearms control for ensuring Europe’s security. Our host, Dr. Mois Faion, Senior Security Analyst at the Center for the Study of Democracy will be discussing how European societies regulate the possession and usage of firearms by civilians with our special guests Mr. Adrian Whiting, an Associate of Arquebus Solutions, and Ms. Aline Shaban, an Associate Researcher at the Geneva-based Small Arms Survey.
